为了获得具有轻量化、低成本和长寿命的高性能结构,需要从选材设计和结构设计两个方面来设计结构。选材设计是从众多材料中选出优质的材料,结构设计是利用拓扑优化的技术设计结构的构型。本文以钛合金结构为设计背景,进行结构的选材和拓扑优化协同设计以获得创新构型,并对创新构型进行性能分析,结果表明:创新构型具有轻量化、低成本和长寿命的特性。
In order to obtain a high-performance structure with light weight, low cost and long life, it is necessary to design the structure from the material selection design and the structure design. Material selection is the selection of high-quality materials from a wide range of materials. Structural design is the use of topological optimization techniques to design the configuration of the structure.
