本文综合了教研组应用β射线自动检测和控制万吨水压机锻造过程的主要技术资料。此项工作是在有关工厂领导之下与工人、技术人员合作完成的。根据工厂反映,锻件尺寸测量装置经过长期使用,所测锻件尺寸最大误差在10毫米以内,基本上满足生产要求;特别是有些直径在3,000毫米以上的大锻件,只能由该装置去完成测量任务,这样压制出的锻件尺寸也很准确。通过实践,该装置准备推广到其他水压机上使用。
This paper synthesizes the main technical data of the research group applying β ray to automatically detect and control the forging process of 10,000 tons hydraulic press. This work is done in cooperation with the workers and technicians under the leadership of the factory concerned. According to the factory, the forging size measuring device has been used for a long time. The maximum error of the forgings measured is within 10mm, basically meeting the production requirements. Especially for large forging with the diameter over 3,000mm, the measuring task can only be completed by the device , So forging the size of the suppression is also very accurate. Through practice, the device is ready to be extended to use on other hydraulic presses.
