2000年12月19日下午,内蒙古图书馆学会召开在呼理事扩大会议。会议由学会副理事长常作然研究馆员主持。会上,由学会副事长乌林西拉研究馆员做自治区图书馆学会2000年度工作总结暨2001年工作计划要点的报告;由学会副理事长常作然同志传达“中国图书馆学会2001年学术年会”的征文通知;由学会副秘书长冉龙质同志传达中国图书馆学会“关于加强学会组织建设工作的通知”、“关于筹备召开中国图书馆学会第六次会员代表大会的通知”和内蒙古社科联秘书长例
On the afternoon of December 19, 2000, the Inner Mongolia Library Society held an enlarged meeting in the call center. The meeting was chaired by Chang Sutra Research Librarian, Vice Chairman of the Institute. At the meeting, the lecture by Ulin Shirak, a member of the Institute, made a report on the summary of the work of the 2000 Autonomous Region Library Association and the key points of the 2001 work plan.
