本文设计了一种基于电磁感应原理的环形线圈车辆检测器电路。采用AVR系列AT90CAN128单片机为微处理控制单元,设计制作了八级灵敏度调节和CAN通信的环形线圈车辆检测系统。系统由MCU(Microcontroller Unit)主控制电路、信号采集电路、脉冲整形电路、CAN通信电路、状态显示电路和灵敏度控制电路等模块构成。为了提高检测器系统的稳定性和抗干扰性,电路采用双路CPU比较检测作为MCU主控制单元,设置故障状态显示;软件设计采用多重采集、中值滤波和软件“看门狗”来提高其抗干扰性。
In this paper, we design a toroidal coil vehicle detector circuit based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. Using AVR series AT90CAN128 microcontroller as the microprocessor control unit, designed a eight-level sensitivity adjustment and CAN communication loop coil vehicle detection system. The system consists of MCU (Microcontroller Unit) main control circuit, signal acquisition circuit, pulse shaping circuit, CAN communication circuit, status display circuit and sensitivity control circuit. In order to improve the stability and anti-jamming of the detector system, the circuit uses dual-CPU comparison detection as the MCU main control unit, set the fault status display; software design using multiple acquisition, median filtering and software “watchdog ” Improve its anti-interference.
