在工业控制过程中,要进行最优控制必须有一套完整的系统辨识装置来建立被控对象的模型,为此我们研制了IBM PC/XT机构成的系统辨识装置。该装置具有以下特点:①功能强,可输入各种量程的多种物理量,测量点达600个,可以改为数据采集系统,可以作为监控系统,还可以改为实时控制系统;②精度高,采用16位的A/D和D/A转换器,对共模干扰的抑制大于140dB;③存储量大,采用IBM机,内存达64KB,还可以扩充;④结构简单,软件灵活,操作方便;⑤具有防震、防湿、防尘,监视主要运行参数,分散采集,适合于复杂恶劣条件的性能。该装置的硬件由IBM PC/XT机、IMPS分散式数据采集系统、打印设备和自设计的电路板几大部件组成。
