在竞争日益激烈的市场环境中,集团公司如何有效管控子公司,实现激发子公司的活力、扩大公司规模和提升整体市场竞争力显得尤为重要。文章以我国制造业集团公司为主要研究对象,分析了子公司管控中存在的问题,阐述了子公司管控的三种类型,设计子公司管控模式选择模型,通过模型选择子公司的管控模式。
In an increasingly competitive market environment, it is particularly important for a group company how to effectively control its subsidiaries so as to stimulate the vitality of its subsidiaries, expand its size and enhance the overall market competitiveness. The article takes China’s manufacturing group company as the main research object, analyzes the existing problems in the control of the subsidiaries, expounds the three types of subsidiaries’ control, designs the model of the management and control of subsidiaries, and selects the mode of control of the subsidiaries through the model.
