由于焦磷酸根离子(PPi)在生物、环境以及临床医学等学科领域的重要性,PPi的检测已受到越来越多的关注.重点介绍基于传感材料的PPi新型传感体系,并根据传感材料的不同分为以下几个方面进行综述:(1)基于纳米材料的传感体系,(2)基于共轭聚电解质/聚合物的传感体系,(3)基于脂质体的传感体系,(4)基于聚集诱导发光分子的传感体系,(5)其他类型的传感体系.展望了PPi传感的发展趋势.
Due to the importance of pyrophosphate (PPi) in disciplines such as biology, environment and clinical medicine, the detection of PPi has attracted more and more attentions.Focusing on the new PPi sensing system based on sensing materials, Sensitivity of the material is divided into the following aspects are reviewed: (1) nanomaterial-based sensing system, (2) Conjugated polyelectrolyte / polymer-based sensing system, (3) liposome-based sensing (4) sensing systems based on aggregation-induced luminescent molecules, (5) other types of sensing systems, and the development trend of PPi sensing is expected.
