事业单位养老保险制度改革国家养老保险制度改革的重要组织部分,改革关系到经济的发展和社会稳定;事业单位养老保险制度改革,有利于形成整个社会养老保险机制的健全,有利于社会保障体系的完善和形成。本文通过分析了我国事业单位养老保险制度存在的问题,从出台统一的养老保险制度、提高养老保险基金、改革事业单位工作人员的退休机制等方面提出一些建议,进而能够对缩小事业单位与企业退休人员待遇的巨大差异和维持社会和谐稳定建言献策。
