我们采用文献报道的催化吸光光度法:即利用痕量锰离子对高碘酸钾氧化孔雀绿(MG)褪色反应有极好的催化作用来测定古青铜器的锰含量。一试剂锰标准溶液,高碘酸钾溶液,孔雀绿溶液,氨三乙酸溶液及乙酸-乙酸铵溶液的配制见参考文献。后两种溶液的pH调节为3.8。二试验方法 1 吸收曲线用730型紫外可见分光光度计测定,水作参比溶液,孔雀绿溶液的最大吸收波长为620nm。 2 温度影响 Mn~(2+)含量75ng时,温度与锰催化孔雀绿-KIO_4反应速度的关系,见表1。
We used the catalytic spectrophotometry reported in the literature: the use of trace amounts of manganese ions on the oxidation of potassium periodate malachite (MG) fading reaction has excellent catalytic determination of ancient bronze manganese content. A reagent manganese standard solution, potassium periodate solution, malachite green solution, nitrilotriacetic acid solution and acetic acid - ammonium acetate solution see the reference. The pH of the latter two solutions was adjusted to 3.8. Two test methods 1 absorption curve with a 730 UV-visible spectrophotometer, water as a reference solution, the maximum absorption wavelength of malachite green solution is 620nm. 2 temperature effect of Mn ~ (2 +) content of 75ng, the temperature and manganese-catalyzed malachite green-KIO_4 reaction rate in Table 1.
