为了寻找经济、有效、安全的防治稻虫的方法,我们根据外地资料介绍,从1976年起开展了人工助迁蜘蛛防治稻虫的试验。当年在1亩二季晚稻田助迁蜘蛛1万头,整个生长季节未打药,结果抑制了虫害。1977年助迁蜘蛛防治早稻害虫也取得较好结果,于是在二季晚稻期,我们把试验面积扩大到100亩。在这100亩田里,7月28日到8月9日投放了7,490块卵经室内孵化的幼蛛,7月25日到8月20日又投放了8,210块蜘蛛卵;除15亩田因稻苞虫为害,于9月10日打1次甲六粉每亩1.5斤
