在当前能源日趋紧张的情况下,如何降低绢纺生产的能耗已日益引起人们的重视。一个年产300吨绢丝的中型厂,按部颁每吨绢丝耗标煤16吨、电12,000计算,全年要用标煤4800吨,电360万度。如果加上织部能耗,则全年用煤会超过5000吨,电400万度。现将各部门的能源消耗情况大致列表如下。本文根据绢纺生产实际,围绕节约能耗,从工艺、设备及其它方面的改革作些探讨和归纳。一、精练工艺与节能
