脑血管病变是中老年人的常见病、多发病,死亡率和致残率极高。常规CT血管造影(CTA)已成为脑血管病变的重要检查手段[1],但在实际工作中,老年人血管弹性差,血管壁易破,为避免对比剂的渗漏,常需适当降低注射速率,而由此引起CTA图像去骨后血管壁不连续、不平滑,骨残留明显,颅骨旁血管伪影明显。本研究探讨多层螺旋CTA三维重建和减影技术在脑血管病变诊断中的价值,现报告如下。
