近年来,房价疯涨,大体上是每平方米三年涨两千元,广大人民群众反响强烈。对调控房价,中央接连出台政策措施,坚持不松动、不放手。这是关注民生的务实之举,深得民心。今年陕西出台用限制利润率管控房价的举措,具有开创性意义。山东省物价局李书田同志从法律法规依据、政府职能、国外经验以及市场运作等方面,力挺这一重大举措的可贵、可行之处,值得共同重视研究。
In recent years, housing prices skyrocketed, rising roughly two thousand yuan per square meter for three years, and the masses of the public reacted strongly. On the regulation of house prices, the central issued a series of policies and measures, insisted not loose, do not let go. This is a pragmatic move that pays attention to people’s livelihood and enjoys popular support. This year, Shaanxi introduced a measure of controlling profit margins with the move, with groundbreaking significance. Comrade Li Shutian of Price Bureau of Shandong Province lays emphasis on the valuable and feasible aspects of this major move from the aspects of laws and regulations, government functions, foreign experience and market operation.
