目的探讨拉西地平对老年原发性高血压(EH)患者大动脉弹性和血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法选取100例轻中度老年EH患者为EH组,80例健康人为对照组,EH组予拉西地平治疗12周,在EH组治疗前后及对照组采用PP-1000动脉弹性检测仪检测颈股脉搏波速度(cfPWV),采用ELISA法检测血清hs-CRP。结果EH组治疗前cfPWV及血清hs-CRP均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。EH组经拉西地平治疗12周后,收缩压[(159.0±10.6)比治疗后:(130.7±7.2)mmHg]、舒张压[(85.3±8.4)比治疗后(74.6±6.9)mmHg]及脉压[(74.0±14.0)比治疗后:(54.9±8.2)mmHg]均降低(P<0.01),cfPWV[(10.2±0.8)比治疗后(9.3±0.6)m/s]及血清hs-CRP水平[(7.8±0.5)比治疗后(7.2±0.7)mg/L]降低(P<0.01)。结论拉西地平在有效降压的同时,可降低hs-CRP水平,改善大动脉弹性功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of lacidipine on arterial elasticity and serum high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels in elderly patients with essential hypertension (EH). Methods 100 mild to moderate elderly patients with EH were selected as EH group and 80 healthy people as control group. EH group was treated with lacidipine for 12 weeks. Before and after EH group and control group, PP-1000 arterial elasticity tester Pulse wave velocity (cfPWV), serum hs-CRP was measured by ELISA. Results The levels of cfPWV and serum hs-CRP in EH group before treatment were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Systolic blood pressure ((159.0 ± 10.6) vs (130.7 ± 7.2) mmHg], diastolic blood pressure (85.3 ± 8.4) and post-treatment (74.6 ± 6.9) mmHg, respectively Pulse pressure (74.0 ± 14.0) was lower than that after treatment (54.9 ± 8.2 mmHg) (P <0.01), and the ratio of cfPWV (10.2 ± 0.8) to 9.3 ± 0.6 m / s and serum hs- CRP level (7.8 ± 0.5) was lower than that after treatment (7.2 ± 0.7) mg / L] (P <0.01). Conclusions Laxidipine can reduce the hs-CRP level and improve the elasticity of the aorta while reducing blood pressure effectively.
