艾立克·魏恩格特(Alec Weingart),加创安防—晨达电子(深圳)有限公司前总裁。1987年,Alec在多年不断的技术钻研与积累中首次提出了高速球概念,即采用精密微分步进电机,实现高速旋转下的视频监视和对监视点的准确定位。这一概念的萌生,不仅使Alec的从业生涯发生重大变化,也为安防监控技术行业翻开了前所未有的新篇章。在随后的两年里,他结合对高速球新技术的创新及安防监控十多年的丰富经验,终于在1998年完成了高速球内部结构技术的开发。
