采用10个10碱基的随机引物,通过RAPD分析的方法,在分子水平上对海南30份荔枝种质进行鉴定、分类和亲缘关系分析。结果表明,大多数种质相似系数在55%-80%之间,说明他们之间的亲缘关系较近;在相似系数为0.61的水平上,30份海南荔枝种质被分为4组,与以龟裂片特征为主要分类依据的形态分类有一定的相关性,但是RAPD分类比形态分类的分类范围更细。因此,传统形态分类不能完全反映出品种间的亲缘关系,有待结合RAPD分析方法进一步完善。
Ten 10-base random primers were used to identify, classify and analyze the genetic relationship of 30 litchi germplasms in Hainan at the molecular level by RAPD analysis. The results showed that the majority of germplasm similarity coefficient between 55% -80%, indicating that their genetic relationship is closer; at the similarity coefficient of 0.61 level, 30 Hainan litchi germplasm is divided into 4 groups, and There are some correlations between morphological classification based on the feature of the rupture disc and the classification of the RAPD, but the classification range of the RAPD classification is smaller than that of the morphological classification. Therefore, the traditional morphological classification can not fully reflect the genetic relationship between cultivars, pending further RAPD analysis combined with methods.
