目的建模研究计算野战医疗所伤员最大日通过量,为战时卫勤保障组织实施提供参考。方法描述野战医疗所主要医疗组间伤员流动关系,通过视频分析和问卷调查等手段,对基地化训练参训分队进行数据采集处理,通过网络计划技术对医疗组内工作流程进行梳理,进而建立医疗组间伤员流动的线性规划模型,运用运筹学软件WINQSB,计算得到野战医疗所理论最大伤员日通过量。结果野战医疗所伤员通过量模型的理论最优解为322人/d,主要医疗组饱和运行。结论新形势下野战医疗所伤员日通过量与历史数据有所不同,通过合理组织,可增加机构伤员通过量,同时,为追求伤员通过量的最大化,可考虑不留治伤员。
Objective To study and calculate the maximum daily throughput of wounded persons in field medical clinics to provide reference for the implementation of medical attending wartime support organizations. Methods Describe the flow of casualties among the main medical groups in the field medical clinic. Through video analysis and questionnaire surveys, we collect the data of base training training units and sort out the workflow in the medical groups through the network planning technology, and then establish the medical treatment The linear programming model for the flow of casualties among groups was calculated using WINQSB, an ORS software. Results The optimal theoretical solution for the wounded volume model of field medical ward was 322 persons / d, and the main medical group was operated in saturation. Conclusion In the new situation, the daily throughput of medical wounded in field operations is different from the historical data. Reasonable organization can increase the number of wounded people in the institution and meanwhile, to maximize the throughput of the wounded, we can consider not leaving the wounded.
