采用化学分析、XRD、IR、TG-DTA以及低温N2静态吸附等手段对白庙子斜发沸石原矿及其改性矿样(NH4、Na、K、Ca、Mg型)进行了物理化学表征,实验发现,浸煮法离子交换改性对沸石的骨架结构不产生明显影响,其XRD特征衍射峰、IR特征吸收峰以及Ar气氛中热稳定性没有明显变化.但改性时配位阳离子的不同,对佛石骨架结构的局部环境有一定影响,导致晶胞参数、结晶度以及部分T-O键振动频率有所变化.同时,配位阳离子的数量、电荷及其水合半径的不同,不仅对重金属离子交换,还对其他阳离子交换、沸石水以及微孔结构产生明显影响.
The physicochemical properties of clinoptilolite and its modified ore samples (NH4, Na, K, Ca, Mg) of Baimiaozi were analyzed by chemical analysis, XRD, IR, TG-DTA and static N2 adsorption at low temperature. It was found that the ion exchange modification of the digestion method had no obvious effect on the framework structure of the zeolite, and the XRD characteristic diffraction peak, the IR characteristic absorption peak and the thermal stability in the Ar atmosphere did not change obviously. However, the different coordination cations have some influence on the local environment of the framework of feldspathic stone, resulting in the change of unit cell parameters, crystallinity and the vibration frequency of some T-O bonds. At the same time, the number of coordination cations, the charge and the hydration radius differ not only for heavy metal ion exchange, but also for other cation exchange, zeolite water and micropore structure.
