目的探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)和增殖细胞核相关抗原(Ki-67)在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达与其组织分级、临床分期的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测卵巢上皮性癌组织45例和卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织19例中COX-2、VEGF-C及Ki-67蛋白的表达。结果卵巢上皮性癌中COX-2、VEGF-C和Ki-67蛋白的阳性表达率均明显高于良性上皮性肿瘤(P<0.05),三者在卵巢上皮性癌组织Ⅲ、Ⅳ期中的表达率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期,且随着病理分级增高而显著增加(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2、VEGF-C、Ki-67与卵巢上皮性癌的发生和发展中起着重要作用,三者在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达与病理分级、临床分期密切相关,对卵巢上皮性癌的诊断及预后判断有一定价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (Ki-67) in epithelial ovarian cancer and their clinical significance Relationship. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of COX-2, VEGF-C and Ki-67 in 45 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma and 19 cases of ovarian benign epithelial tumor. Results The positive rates of COX-2, VEGF-C and Ki-67 in epithelial ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those in benign epithelial tumors (P <0.05). Conclusions COX-2, VEGF-C and Ki-67 play an important role in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer. The expression of COX-2, VEGF-C and Ki-67 in epithelial ovarian cancer is closely related to the pathological grade and clinical stage. Cancer diagnosis and prognosis have some value.
