采用纳米TiB_2作为增强相,研究了其对TiAl合金室温力学性能和微观组织的影响。采用行星球磨机混粉,SPS烧结制备了Ti-46Al-xTiB_2(x=0、0.5、1.0、1.5,体积分数),并测试了其室温压缩性能。结果表明,当纳米TiB_2含量为0.5%时,TiAl复合材料的力学性能显著提高,与Ti-46Al合金相比提高了71.2%和37.5%,这是因为纳米TiB_2对TiAl产生晶粒细化的作用。但随着纳米TiB_2的增加,其团聚也越发严重,并且纳米TiB_2主要集中在晶界处,可能对基体产生割裂作用,这会降低材料的力学性能。
The effect of TiB_2 on the mechanical properties and microstructure of TiAl alloy at room temperature was studied. The Ti-46Al-xTiB_2 (x = 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, volume fraction) was prepared by planetary ball mill mixing and SPS sintering. The results show that the mechanical properties of TiAl composites increase remarkably when the content of nano-TiB 2 is 0.5%, which is increased by 71.2% and 37.5% compared with that of Ti-46Al alloy because of the effect of nano-TiB 2 on the grain refinement of TiAl . However, with the increase of nano-TiB 2, the agglomeration becomes more and more serious. And the nano-TiB 2 mainly concentrates at the grain boundary and may cause the substrate to be segmented, which will reduce the mechanical properties of the material.
