目的确定超滤膜富集干姜挥发油的最佳工艺。方法以干姜含油水体模拟体系为研究对象,采用正交设计,将稳定膜通量和化学需氧量(COD)截留率的综合值作为评价指标,优化干姜挥发油富集工艺。结果截留相对分子质量7×104的平板超滤膜用于干姜挥发油油水分离的最佳条件:压力0.15 MPa、温度60℃、转速150 r/min;各工艺参数的主次顺序:压力、温度、转速。结论超滤膜富集干姜挥发油的工艺,在中药大生产中具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective To determine the best technology for enriching volatile oil from dried ginger with ultrafiltration membrane. Methods Taking the simulation system of dry ginger oil-bearing water as research object, the orthogonal design was used to evaluate the enrichment process of volatile oil from dried ginger by using the integrated values of stable membrane flux and chemical oxygen demand (COD) rejection rate. Results The optimum conditions for the separation of the volatile oil of water and dry ginger by using a plate ultrafiltration membrane with a molecular weight of 7 × 104 were as follows: pressure 0.15 MPa, temperature 60 ℃, rotation speed 150 r / min; order of the major and minor parameters of the process parameters: pressure, temperature ,Rotating speed. Conclusion The process of enriching volatile oil from dried ginger with ultrafiltration membrane has broad application prospect in large-scale production of traditional Chinese medicine.
