Learned in late February, Nortel Networks introduced enhanced contact center and self-service solutions that are part of a collaborative business model. Collaborative business applications enable enterprises to get out of the passive delivery of services to customers and provide self-service customer service by anticipating customer needs. Nortel announced the release of its products and solutions include: Extended IP contact center solutions; VoiceXML; Proven Symposium Communications Driver for Siebel 7; Symposium Express Call Center 4.2 enhancements.
