利用裂解气相色谱 /质谱法研究丙烯腈 -甲基丙烯酸 - 2 -羟乙酯共聚物的热稳定性和热裂解机理 .结果表明 :聚合物在 4 0 0℃以下的热稳定性随甲基丙烯酸 - 2 -羟乙酯(HEMA)投料比的增加逐渐下降 ,其完全裂解温度在 4 0 0~ 50 0℃ ,完全裂解温度不受聚合时单体配料比的影响 .在高温下的裂解表现为两个均聚体裂解行为的加和 .研究结果对该聚合物的实际应用具有一定的指导意义 .
The thermal stability and thermal cracking mechanism of acrylonitrile-methacrylic acid-2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate copolymer were studied by pyrolysis gas chromatography / mass spectrometry. The results showed that the thermal stability of the polymer at 400 ℃ - 2 - hydroxyethyl ester (HEMA), the complete pyrolysis temperature was between 400 and 500 ℃, and the complete pyrolysis temperature was not affected by the monomer ratio during the polymerization. The pyrolysis at high temperature was The homopolymerization of two homopolymers.The research results have certain guiding significance for the practical application of the polymer.
