一我国最长的铁路——五千里“大京九”和我国第一大河流——万里长江,交汇于庐山脚下,构成一个巨大的“黄金十字”。九江,襟江倚路,正雄踞在这个黄金十字上。沿江开放和京九贯通,把九江进一步推向了全国开放的前沿,有利于九江参与国际、国内经济大循环。在这种态势下,我们必须站在跨世纪发展的高度,从更深层次思考九江的经济发展战略。我们初步确立的思路是,实施“十”字战略,打好“长江牌”、“京九牌”,借江开放,乘路发展。实施“十”字战略,东去,可和上海浦东开发交响乐;南下,可顺粤港开放大潮流,理所当然地成为切合九江市情、实现跨世纪发展的战略选择。
One of China’s longest railway - five thousand “Big Beijing-nine” and China’s largest river - Miles Yangtze River, at the foot of Lushan, constitute a huge “Golden Cross.” Jiujiang, lapel Jiang Yi Road, is dominating in this golden cross. Opening up along the Yangtze River and linking up with Beijing and Kowloon have pushed Jiujiang further to the forefront of the nationwide opening up and contributed to Jiujiang’s participation in the international and domestic economic cycles. In this situation, we must stand at the height of cross-century development and think deeply about the economic development strategy of Jiujiang. Our initial idea is to implement the “ten” strategy, lay the “Yangtze River card”, “Beijing nine brand”, by the river open, take the road development. To implement the strategy of “10”, the east can develop symphony with Shanghai Pudong. When it goes south, it can smoothly follow the trend of opening-up in Guangdong and Hong Kong. It naturally becomes a strategic choice that meets the needs of the Jiujiang city and achieves cross-century development.
