囊玛作为一种非常具有西藏传统歌舞音乐代表性的民族民间歌舞音乐,是由具有西藏藏域特色的传统民乐为其伴奏的歌、舞、乐三者熔为一体的综合性歌舞音乐。囊玛曲《阿玛勒嚯》在经过才旦卓玛等一批全国著名的当代西藏歌唱家的演绎和传唱后成为一首具有雪域气息的百听不厌、脍炙人口、优雅端庄的著名囊玛作品,通过对它的歌词和音乐结构的分析研究,能够从更高的音乐理论和技术方面来把握此曲,对于分析和挖掘此曲的深层音乐价值提供一手分析参考资料和理论依据。
