采用3龄浸叶法在1996~1997年对广东省不同的用药水平地区植株上美洲斑潜蝇种群对毒死蜱、功夫、杀虫单及害极灭敏感性进行了监测。结果表明:以英德九龙地区作物上美洲斑潜蝇种群对药剂毒死蜱、功夫、杀虫单及害极灭最敏感,而惠州福田地区植株上美洲斑潜蝇种群对上述药剂相对较耐药。2年来不同地区的美洲斑潜蝇种群对害极灭、毒死蜱、杀虫单、功夫的敏感性变化不大,1997年10月惠州福田地区种群对上述药剂的抗性指数分别为1.08、1.55、1.63和5。拟除虫菊酯类农药功夫在惠州福田地区处于低抗水平。
The 3rd instar soaking method was used to monitor the susceptibility to chlorpyrifos, kungfu, insecticide and insecticide in the populations of Liriomyza sativae from different years 1996 to 1997 in Guangdong Province. The results showed that the population of Liriomyza sativae was most sensitive to pesticides chlorpyrifos, kung fu and insecticidal single on the crop in Kowloon, Hong Kong, while the population of Liriomyza sativae was resistant to the above chemicals in Futian area, Huizhou. In the past two years, the susceptibility of Liriomyza sativae populations in different regions to exocution, chlorpyrifos, insecticide alone, and kung fu changed little. In October 1997, the resistance index of Fukien area in Huizhou was 1.08, 1.55, 1.63 and 5. Pyrethroid pesticides Kung Fu Futian in Huizhou in a low anti-level.
