目的:观察益气固肾汤化裁联合西药对复发性自然流产患者免疫功能及妊娠结局的影响。方法:收集2013年2月2015年2月我院收治的120例复发性自然流产患者为研究对象,随机数字表法均分为联合组及单一组各60例,2组均给予常规西药治疗,联合组另给予本院自制益气固肾汤化裁联合治疗,观察2组治疗前后免疫功能[辅助性T细胞(Th)、辅助性T细胞/抑制性T细胞比值(Th/Ts)、自然杀伤细胞(NK)]、妊娠相关指标[血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮值]、妊娠结局及临床疗效。结果:治疗前2组Th、Th/Ts、NK、β-HCG、孕酮值相较无明显差异(P>0.05);2组治疗后Th、Th/Ts均明显减小,NK、β-HCG、孕酮值明显增大,且治疗后联合组Th、Th/Ts减小幅度、NK、β-HCG、孕酮值增大幅度均较单一组明显,均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后联合组成功妊娠率91.67%明显高于单一组63.33%(χ2=13.811,P<0.05),总疗效95.00%较单一组80.00%明显高(χ2=6.171,P<0.05)。结论:益气固肾汤化裁联合西药有效提高复发性自然流产患者免疫功能及妊娠成功率,临床疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Gushen Decoction combined with western medicine on immune function and pregnancy outcomes in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods: A total of 120 recurrent spontaneous abortion patients admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected as study subjects. Random number table method was divided into 60 cases in combination group and 60 cases in single group. Both groups were given conventional western medicine, The combination group was also given to our hospital homemade qi qizhen decoction combined treatment, observed before and after treatment in two groups of immune function [T helper (Th), helper T / T cell ratio (Th / Ts), natural Killer cell (NK)], pregnancy related indicators [serum human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG), progesterone value], pregnancy outcome and clinical efficacy. Results: There were no significant differences in Th, Th / Ts, NK, β-HCG and progesterone levels between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05) HCG and progesterone were significantly increased, and the increase of Th, Th / Ts, NK, β-HCG and progesterone in the combination group were significantly higher than those in the single group after treatment (P <0.05 ). The successful pregnancy rate in the combined group after treatment was 91.67%, which was significantly higher than that in the single group (63.33%, χ2 = 13.811, P <0.05). The overall efficacy 95.00% was significantly higher than that of the single group 80.00% (χ2 = 6.171, P <0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Gushen Decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve immune function and pregnancy success rate in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion. The clinical curative effect is significant.
