目前,初中语文课堂的情况大致是年级越低越活跃,年级越高越沉闷。究其原因,很重要的一点就是教学过程中师生问答“卡壳”过多。答问“卡壳”过多,固然有教材偏深、学生学龄过早、思维发展跟不上课程的难度等客观原因。在课堂上出现“卡壳”现象时,就需要教师采用恰当的方法来处理——适当点拨,引导学生按照正确的方法思考问题,并加以热情的鼓励而不是冷嘲热讽,为学生提供足够的成功感,鼓舞他们的信心。
