本文叙述了能产生毫微秒脉冲高压的螺旋形带状线发生器(以下简称SSLG)的基本原理,给出了具有一个短路开关,内端为高压输出端,外端接地的SSLG的设计方法,并提供了为便携式X光发生器设计的SSLG的制作工艺。对该发生器电性能的实验研究表明:该发生器能输出脉宽40—100ns、电压100kV的高压脉冲,接上X光管负载时,在距X光管输出窗1m处能得到40—70μR的X光辐照量。
This paper describes the basic principle of helical stripline generator (hereinafter referred to as SSLG) capable of generating nanosecond pulse high voltage, and presents the design method of SSLG with a short circuit switch, high voltage output terminal on the inner terminal and grounding on the outer terminal , And provides SSLG for portable X-ray generator design process. The experimental study on the electrical performance of the generator shows that the generator can output a high voltage pulse with a pulse width of 40-100ns and a voltage of 100kV. When the X-ray tube is connected to a load, the generator can obtain 40-70μR X-ray exposure.
