植物激素是植物生长的调节物质,据国內外许多资料报道,利用植物激素可以提高作物的产量、改良品质和农艺性状。在甜菜的研究中,对产量、含糖量等研究的较多,而对生理生化有机物质含量的变化及间接影响含糖量方面研究的较少,我们研究了用卅烷醇浸种处理甜菜后,整个生育期间蛋白质、总氨基酸及赖氨酸含量的变化,以寻求一条提高甜菜含糖量的间接途径。经卅烷醇浸种后的甜菜块根中蛋白质、总氨基酸及赖氨酸的含量都有增加,而在叶柄和叶片中这些物质均有相应的减少。
Plant hormones are plant growth regulator, according to many domestic and foreign information reported that the use of plant hormones can increase crop yield, improve quality and agronomic traits. In the study of sugar beet, there are more researches on the yield and sugar content, but less on the content of organic matter and the influence on the sugar content. We studied the effect of sugar , The changes of protein, total amino acid and lysine during the whole growth period, in order to find an indirect way to increase sugar content of sugar beet. The contents of protein, total amino acid and lysine in beet root after soaking with 卅 alkanol increased, while those in petioles and leaves decreased correspondingly.
