目的:通过测定慢性应激条件下的II型糖尿病模型大鼠血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-18含量,揭示慢性应激对II型糖尿病大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:对应激组大鼠进行为期4周的强迫寒冷游泳与束缚刺激后,比较健康对照组与健康应激组、模型对照组与模型应激组的差异。结果:健康对照组和健康应激组IL-2测定值差异有统计学意义;模型对照组和模型应激组IL-4、IL-18测定值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:2型糖尿病大鼠的免疫功能更易受到慢性应激影响。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of chronic stress on immune function in type 2 diabetic rats by measuring the levels of IL-2, IL-4 and IL-18 in serum of type 2 diabetic rats under chronic stress. Methods: After four weeks of forced swimming and restraint stimulation in stress rats, the differences between healthy control group and healthy stress group, model control group and model stress group were compared. Results: There was significant difference of IL-2 between healthy control group and healthy stress group. The difference of IL-4 and IL-18 in model control group and model stress group was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The immune function of type 2 diabetic rats is more likely to be affected by chronic stress.
