患者,男,8岁,住院号001733。因感冒后出现全身浮肿尿少月余,于1980年12月10日入院。查体:BP100/80mmHg,颜面及双眼睑轻度浮肿,心肺正常,肝脾未触及,腹水征(-),阴囊及双下肢轻度凹陷性浮肿,血白细胞13000血沉、抗“O”、肾功能均正常,尿蛋白(++++),红细胞(++),血浆总蛋白4.7g%,白蛋白2.0g%,球蛋白2.78%,诊断为急性肾小球肾炎。入院当天给予利尿剂、654—2消炎痛等治疗,于入院第三
