消振車刀是我厂机械車間磨刀組組長潘孝紳同志改进的。用这种車刀来車削鑄鉄和鋼料,可以消除振动,防止刀头崩裂,使刀具寿命延長4～7倍,并相应地提高了生产效率。例如,过去用普通外圓車刀加工罗拉时,每車三件就要磨一次刀;經改用消振車刀后,磨一次刀可車22件,并且由原来的二次走刀改为一次走刀,使生产效率提高了7倍。这种消振車刀可以用于粗車
