在模拟高炉冶炼过程的条件下,研究了各种类型钒钛铁矿石(烧结矿、球团矿、块矿)的低温、高温还原和熔滴性能,特别是钒钛烧结矿碱度与高温冶金性能的关系及其对低、高温区域还原过程和钛还原行为的影响。在此基础上确认了全钒钛铁矿石高炉冶炼的合理炉料结构是高碱度烧结矿加酸性氧化球团矿。但在攀钢现有工艺和设备条件下,首要的是提高烧结矿的碱度。
