通过对YY集团公司绩效考核体系运行过程中出现的问题进行分析,结合高绩效企业绩效考核的先进理念,提出绩效考核体系的改进和创新意见,尤其是在当前经济危机的大环境下运用有效的人力资源管理手段实现企业的平稳发展。
