目的:探讨超声刀在胃癌D2根治术中使用的优点及价值。方法:对比2008年5月至2010年5月由同一手术组完成的101例胃癌根治术病例,其中47例手术由超声刀完成清扫,54例作为对照组施行了常规手术方法。两组均观察了手术时间、术中出血量和输血量、术后48 h引流量、并发症发生率以及淋巴结清扫数目等。结果:超声刀组与对照组相比,手术时间缩短,术中出血量和输血量减少,术后引流量及并发症率明显减少。同时两组的淋巴结清扫数目相当。结论:使用超声刀进行胃癌D2根治术安全、高效,降低了手术风险。
Objective: To investigate the advantages and the value of ultrasonic knife in the treatment of D2 radical mastectomy for gastric cancer. Methods: 101 cases of radical resection of gastric cancer completed by the same operation group from May 2008 to May 2010 were compared. Among them, 47 cases were cleaned by ultrasonic scalpel and 54 cases were treated by conventional surgical method as control group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and blood transfusion, the amount of drainage 48 h after operation, the incidence of complications and the number of lymph node dissection were observed in both groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the operation time was shortened, the amount of blood loss and blood transfusion decreased, the amount of drainage and complication rate after operation were significantly decreased. At the same time the number of lymph node dissection in both groups is quite high. Conclusion: The use of ultrasonic knife for radical resection of D2 gastric cancer is safe and effective, reducing the risk of surgery.
