Al-Cu-Zn-Mg 合金的机械性能随合金元素含量的增加变化规律是,合金中含5.0%Cu 及1.0Mg 的情况下,Zn 含量从4.0%增至7.0%时,σb 值从310MPa 增高到450MPa,σ_(0.2)值自170MPa 增至410MPa:延伸率从20%以上减小到10%以下。Zn 含量对合金显微组织则无明显的影响。当含5.5%Zn 及1.0%Mg 时,自4.5%Cu 增加到6.0%Cu,σ_b 值从350MPa 增至410MPa,σ_(0.2)从Mg,204MPa 增至300MPa,其作用均不及 Zn 大。延伸率自20%减为18%。含6.5%Cu 时,强度值出现降低;显微组织中θ(CuAl_2为基的固溶体)相数量增多。当合金含5.0%Cu 及5.5%Zn 时,含0.8%增至2.0%Mg,σ_b 值自360MPa 增至430MPa,σ_(0.2)从206MPa 增加到385Mpa,延伸率由20%减小到9%,其作用亦大于铜的作用,含铜大于1.0%,合金组织中出现 S(Al_2CuMg)相,Mg 含量增多,化合物的体积分数亦增加,但不及铜的影响大。
