钢中硼化物的析出行为

为了有效地利用钢中微量硼的强韧化作用,采用α粒子径迹法和电子显微镜对硼化物的析出行为进行了研究。结果表明:试样在固溶处理后水冷甚至冰盐水冷却时都观察到奥氏体晶界上有硼化物Fe23(CB)6析出;当冷速为20℃/s时,除了晶界有Fe23(CB)6析出外,晶内也有Fe23(CB)6析出。经固溶处理后水冷的试样再在850℃恒温处理时,主要析出物是BN,它以MnS为核心在其周围析出,呈MnS+BN复合体形态。 In order to effectively utilize the toughening effect of trace boron in steel, the precipitation behavior of boride was studied by means of α particle track method and electron microscope. The results show that when the cooling rate is 20 ℃ / s, the precipitation of Fe23 (CB) 6 on the austenite grain boundary is observed both in the water cooling after solution treatment and even in brine cooling. (CB) 6 precipitation, the crystal is also Fe23 (CB) 6 precipitation. After the solution-treated water-cooled sample was further treated at 850 ° C, the main precipitates were BN, which precipitated around MnS as MnS + BN complex.
