旨在观察注射重组人生长激素(rhGH)对运动大鼠主动脉形态及血脂代谢的影响。28只健康、成年SD大鼠随机分为4组,安静组(n=8),安静注射组(n=6),运动组(n=8),运动注射组(n=6)。运动方案为跑台训练,持续8周。训练4周后开始注射生长激素,持续4周,对照组注射安慰剂。实验结果显示经过4周rhGH注射后,主动脉形态出现了一系列变化,如弹力膜排列紊乱,弹力纤维断裂,平滑肌增生,血管外膜局部增厚和纤维化。与安静组相比,安静注射组H-CHO、L-CHO及CHO均明显升高;运动注射组L-CHO及CHO明显升高;与安静组比较,运动组血脂代谢无明显变化。本研究提示:4周的外源性rhGH注射,引起了主动脉形态产生了明显的不良影响,如弹力纤维断裂和机体脂代谢紊乱。
To observe the effects of rhGH injection on aortic morphology and lipid metabolism in rats. Twenty eight healthy and adult SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: sedentary group (n = 8), sedentary group (n = 6), exercise group (n = 8) and exercise group (n = 6). Exercise program for the treadmill training, lasted 8 weeks. After 4 weeks of training, the growth hormone was injected for 4 weeks and the control group was given placebo. The experimental results showed that after 4 weeks of rhGH injection, there was a series of changes in aortic morphology, such as disorganized elastic membrane, elastic fiber rupture, smooth muscle hyperplasia, local adventitial thickening and fibrosis. The levels of H-CHO, L-CHO and CHO in the sedentary group were significantly higher than those in the sedentary group. The levels of L-CHO and CHO in the exercise group were significantly increased. Compared with the sedentary group, there was no significant change in the lipid metabolism of the exercise group. This study suggests that: 4 weeks of exogenous rhGH injection caused a significant adverse effect on the morphology of the aorta, such as breakage of elastic fibers and disturbance of lipid metabolism in the body.
