文中介绍有机钛交联剂及其在河南油田的应用情况。通过对其结构、组成的分析,结合油田小型化工厂的实际情况,研究了有机钛交联剂的合成及废物处理。以四氯化钛、异丙醇、液氨、三乙醇胺、工业酒精为原料,经过酯化反应、中和反应、整合反应,合成了有机钛交联剂产品(TiTE)。反应温度35℃,酯化反应时间10h,鳌合反应时间2h为宜。根据副产品水溶物的差别,可以方便地分离并回收副产品氯化铵和偏钛酸。该剂制造工艺简单,污染小,产品能够满足中、高温地层水基压裂施工的需要。
This article describes the organic titanium crosslinker and its application in Henan Oilfield. Through the analysis of its structure and composition, combined with the actual situation of the oilfield mini-chemical plant, the synthesis of organic titanium crosslinker and waste treatment were studied. Titanium tetrachloride, isopropanol, liquid ammonia, triethanolamine, industrial alcohol as raw materials, through the esterification reaction, neutralization reaction, the integration reaction, synthesis of organic titanium crosslinker products (TiTE). The reaction temperature was 35 ℃, the esterification reaction time was 10h, and the chelation reaction time was 2h. Depending on the difference in by-product water-soluble substances, by-products ammonium chloride and metatitanic acid can be easily separated and recovered. The agent has the advantages of simple manufacturing process and small pollution, and the product can meet the requirements of water-based fracturing construction in middle and high temperature formations.
