异色满酮-4(1)与靛红类化合物缩合,可得高产率的辛可芬类似物7-羧基异色满并[4,3-b]喹啉衍生物(2a～e),此5个化合物尚未见文献报道。抗炎药理试验表明,2a～c 效果显著,2d、2e 稍差。2a 对角叉菜胶引起的水肿和白细胞游走均有抑制作用。
The condensation of isochromanone-4 (1) with an isatin compound gives the 7-carboxyisochroman [4,3-b] quinoline derivative (2a-e) A compound has not been reported in the literature. Anti-inflammatory pharmacological tests showed that 2a ~ c significant effect, 2d, 2e slightly worse. 2a inhibited carrageenan-induced edema and leukocyte migration.
