肾囊肿是人体常见情况之一,50岁以上者至少50％的病人发生肾囊肿。但高密度肾囊肿临床报道不多,诊断亦较困难.我院近8年来共收治6例,均经病理证实,报告如下。 1 临床资料 本组6例,男4例,女2例。年龄36～70岁,平均58岁。均为单侧单发,位于肾下极4例,右侧2例、最大者直径6cm,最小者直径1.0cm。2例因囊肿较小,无临床症状。4例伴有腰部胀痛不适,其中1例伴有肉眼血尿及尿急、尿频、联痛等尿路刺激症
Renal cysts are one of the most common conditions in the human body and renal cysts occur in at least 50% of patients over 50 years of age. However, few reports of high-density renal cysts, the diagnosis is more difficult in our hospital for nearly 8 years, a total of 6 cases were confirmed by pathology, the report is as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 6 patients, 4 males and 2 females. Age 36 to 70 years, mean 58 years. Are unilateral single hair, located in the lower pole of the kidney in 4 cases, 2 cases of right, the largest diameter of 6cm, the smallest diameter of 1.0cm. 2 cases of small cysts, no clinical symptoms. 4 cases with lumbar pain and discomfort, including 1 case of gross hematuria and urinary urgency, frequent urination, joint pain and other urinary tract irritation
