用两个小麦杂交组合的 P_(1)、P_(2)、F_(1)、F_(2)、B_(1)、B_(2)和 F_37个世代,用世代均数分析研究了小麦的剑叶面积,第二叶及第三叶面积,单穗粒重和谷叶比的遗传,用加权最小二乘法估算了遗传参数。结果表明,加性效应表现了极为显著的作用,显性效应也是显著的,除组合2的单穗产量之外,所有的性状都表现了显著的上位性作用。试验结果指出了改良小麦叶片生产能力的可能性。
P 1, P 2, F 1, F 2, B 1, B 2 and F 37 generations of two wheat crosses were used to study the effects of wheat The genetic parameters were estimated using the weighted least squares method for the heredity of the area of the flag leaf, the area of the second leaf and the area of the third leaf, the grain weight per spike and the ratio of the grain-leaf ratio.
