油田伴生气处理工艺中直接换热工艺(Direct Heat Exchange,DHX工艺)应用广泛。在原料气增压单元增压压力一定的前提下,确定了重接触塔操作压力为1400k Pa,此时不需要外输干气压缩机且丙烷收率较高,通过分析发现脱乙烷塔进料温度是影响丙烷回收率和装置能耗的关键因素,研究了脱乙烷塔进料温度与丙烷回收率和能耗之间的影响规律。通过经济性对比,得到脱乙烷塔进料温度为0℃时,装置经济效益最佳。
