本文研究测定了30Cr3SiNiMoVA钢的氢脆敏感性和抗应力腐蚀开裂性能,试验结果表明:超高强度钢30Cr3SiNiMoVA淬火态和淬火回火态的试样经渗氢镀镉处理后,100小时未断的临界应力值σ_c分别为118和120kgf/mm~2,σ_c/σ_(bH)比值分别为0.56和0.57,对氢脆较为敏感。去氢处理后性能有所改善。用表面裂纹法测定该钢在0.5%K_2Cr_2O_7水溶液中的应力腐蚀临界强度因子k_(Is)cc为73kgf/mm~3/~2,K_(Is)cc/K_(Ic)为0.28,该钢在0.5%K_2Cr_2O_7水溶液中应力腐蚀开裂是敏感的。
In this paper, the hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility and stress corrosion cracking resistance of 30Cr3SiNiMoVA steel were studied.
