目的从疗效和疗程、不良反应、口味和费用等多方面了解一个药物在临床的应用效果,方法1524例足月正常新生儿不分胎龄体重及男女,随机分成四个组,分别应用四种药物退黄治疗,其中:口服亮菌口服液组567例,茵陈五灵糖浆组447例,茵栀黄组407例,赤胆退黄颗粒组103例,结果①亮菌口服液组退黄疗程平均16d,无不良反应发生,口感好,易被新生儿接受,567例新生儿,557例新生儿接受,接受率98.24%;整个退黄疗程费用在175元。②茵陈五苓糖浆组退黄疗程平均17d,发生腹泻等不良反应47例,发生率10.5%,味苦,447例新生儿,401例新生儿接受,接受率89.71%;整个退黄疗程费用平均120元。③茵栀黄组退黄疗程平均14d,发生腹泻等不良反应61例,发生率为14.99%,味苦,不易被新生儿接受,407例新生儿,326例新生儿接受,接受率80.09%;整个退黄疗程费用105元。④赤胆退黄颗粒组退黄疗程平均15d,发生腹泻等不良反应17例,发生率16.50%,味苦,新生儿难以接受,103例新生儿,16例新生儿接受,接受率15.53%,几乎都要添加些葡萄糖才能接受,整个退黄疗程费用平均114元,结论新生儿退黄治疗,从疗效、疗程、不良反应、口味和费用等多方面评价,亮菌口服液优于其他药物,应是首选。
