“十一五”全军卫生系统卫勤保障能力综述

新军事变革,为军队现代卫勤建设插上了腾飞的翅膀。在“十一五”期间,军队医学科技工作立足我国我军实际,瞄准世界前沿,大胆改革创新,取得了丰硕成果。5年来,我军初步建设了各级机关卫勤指挥信息化系统,现代卫勤指挥信息化建设已跃升到一个新水平;改革创新了军队医学科技管理机制,形成了科研创新的新格局,激发了全军医学研究创新的活力;形成了以29名两院院士、上百名学科带头人、上千名优秀中青年专家为主力,集全军人才与地方专家为一体的军队医学科研创新人才体系;构建了卫勤装备、急救技术、军特药品、“三防”医学等10多个创新技术研究平台,涵盖了17个国家重点学科、6个国家重点实验室、235个全军医学专科中心、83个全军医学专业重点实验室等,发挥了科技创新和技术引领的作用;高质量完成了53种121个型号的第二代卫生装备的研创;获得高等级成果奖618项,其中国家自然科学二等奖5项,国家技术发明二等奖2项,国家科技进步一等奖6项、二等奖39项。在汶川大地震、玉树地震、国庆60周年阅兵、北京奥运会、上海世博会、中外联合军演、军地反恐演练、卫勤联合演习等重大行动中,广大军队医学科技工作者及其研究的成果,为保障广大官兵和人民群众的生命安全与健康,作出了突出贡献,创造了骄人的业绩。回顾“十一五”信心满怀,展望“十二五”任重道远。随着我军新军事变革的不断深入,愿我军卫勤战线捷报频传,创造更多辉煌。5年砺兵磨剑,5年攻坚克难。“十一五”期间,全军卫生系统紧紧围绕打赢信息化条件下局部战争和完成多样化军事任务的需要,走开创新发展之路,创造了一系列平战结合好用、实训实战管用、陆海空天适用的医学科技成果,推动了我军卫勤保障能力显著提升。 The new military revolution has helped to plug the soaring wings of the military’s modern medical building.
