目的:探讨TGF-β1、Smad7与子宫内膜异位症关系。方法:选择2006年7月~2007年4月因子宫内膜异位症在郑州大学第三附属医院住院行手术治疗的病人30例为研究对象,根据术中腹腔镜下所见分为黏连组(20例)和无黏连组(10例),分别取其异位内膜(A组)和在位内膜(B组)进行研究,同期因子宫畸形住院手术病人30例为对照组,取其正常子宫内膜(C组)。采用免疫组织化学技术检测3组组织中TGF-β1和Smad7。结果:A、B组TGF-β1和Smad7与C组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B组中TGF-β1和Smad7的表达存在负相关性(均P<0.05);TGF-β1和Smad7在各组增生期与分泌期表达及在EM患者黏连组和无黏连组表达差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TGF-β1和Smad7在子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展中可能起了一定作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between TGF-β1, Smad7 and endometriosis. Methods: From July 2006 to April 2007, 30 patients with endometriosis undergoing surgical treatment in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the study subjects. According to the intraoperative laparoscopic findings, they were divided into three groups: (Group A) and eutopic endometrium (group B). 30 cases of hospitalized patients with uterine malformations during the same period were selected as the control group , Take the normal endometrium (C group). Immunohistochemistry was used to detect TGF-β1 and Smad7 in 3 groups. Results: There was significant difference in TGF-β1 and Smad7 between group A and group B and group C (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P> 0.05) There was a negative correlation between the expression of Smad7 and Smad7 (all P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of TGF-β1 and Smad7 between the proliferative phase and secretory phase of EMT group and the adhesion group and adhesion group in EM group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: TGF-β1 and Smad7 may play a role in the development of endometriosis.
