根据棉花曲叶病毒(Cotton leaf curl virus,CLCuV)运动蛋白基因序列特征,设计并合成了特异性Taqman探针和检测引物,建立该病毒的实时荧光PCR快速检测方法。结果表明:该方法可以特异性地从5个不同CLCuV分离物中扩增到荧光信号,而其他6种病毒均无扩增。建立的方法具有快速、准确、灵敏及简便等特点,可为进出境植物检疫和农业安全生产提供可靠的技术支持。
According to the sequence characteristics of cotton leaf curl virus (CLCuV), a specific Taqman probe and primer were designed and synthesized, and a real-time fluorescence PCR detection method was established. The results showed that this method can specifically amplify the fluorescence signal from 5 different CLCuV isolates, while none of the other 6 viruses amplify. The established method is fast, accurate, sensitive and simple, which can provide reliable technical support for plant quarantine and agricultural safety in and out of China.
