洋葱俗称圆葱、葱头等,为百合科葱蒜属二年生蔬菜。洋葱因易于生产管理、品质优良、营养丰富、耐贮藏、是天然的营养保健食品而受到人们青睐。近年来,随着日本、西欧等国快餐业的发展,对洋葱的需求量剧增。我国加入WTO后,洋葱加工出口数量也日益增多,栽培面积迅速扩大,已成为出口创汇及农村调整产业结构的主要蔬菜品种之一。目前我国是亚洲和全球洋葱生产量最大的国家。河南具有适宜洋葱栽培的优越气候资源,洋葱也成为我省的优势加工出口蔬菜品种之一。本期将重点从选择优良品种,强化栽培技术,提高商品竞争力等方面介绍加工出口洋葱优质高产高效生产技术。
Onions, commonly known as onion, onion, etc., for the Liliaceae shallot biennial vegetables. Onion because of easy production and management, good quality, nutritious, resistant to storage, is a natural nutrition and health food favored by people. In recent years, with the fast food industry in Japan, Western Europe and other countries, the demand for onions has soared. After China’s accession to the WTO, the number of onion processing exports is also growing, and the cultivation area has rapidly expanded. It has become one of the major vegetable varieties for export earning and rural industrial restructuring. At present, China is the largest onion producer in Asia and the world. Henan has the superior climate resources suitable for onion cultivation, and onions have also become one of the province’s advantageous processing and exporting varieties of vegetables. This issue will focus on the selection of fine varieties, strengthen the cultivation techniques, improve the competitiveness of products such as the introduction of export processing of high quality and efficient production of high-quality onion.
